By creating an account on Cairn you agree to these terms. They're intentionally short and readable.
The account
You're responsible for the activity on your account. Keep your email secure — anyone with access to it can request a sign-in link.
Acceptable use
- Don't use Cairn to break the law or harm others.
- Don't attempt to break the service, abuse rate limits, or scrape other users' data.
- Don't resell access; teams pricing is coming.
Subscriptions & refunds
- Pro is billed in Ghana cedis through Paystack. Monthly or yearly.
- You can cancel any time. Pro remains active until the end of the current period.
- We don't offer partial-period refunds, but we'll make exceptions for clearly broken billing — email us.
Ownership
Your content is yours. We license a minimal scope of it (the right to display and process it for you) so the product can function. You can export or delete it at any time.
Termination
You can delete your account anytime. We can suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, after due notice when reasonable.
Disclaimers
Cairn is provided "as is". We aim for high uptime, but we don't guarantee it. Our liability for any claim is capped at the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes
We'll announce material changes at least 30 days in advance via email and the changelog.
